You’re not alone in wondering. We’re here to provide honest pregnancy questions and answers with compassion and care.
If you think you might be pregnant, or you’re unsure about your next steps, it’s normal to have questions — lots of them. At Loreto House, every question is welcome. We’re here to listen, offer clarity, and help you feel supported — no pressure, no judgment.
All of our services — including pregnancy testing, consultations, classes, and support — are completely free. There are no fees, insurance requirements, or hidden costs.
Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments help us make sure you’re seen quickly and privately. You can easily schedule a free appointment online or by phone.
We use lab-quality urine pregnancy tests that are 97–99% accurate and provide immediate results. If your test is positive, you may also be eligible for a free limited ultrasound to confirm your pregnancy and estimate how far along you are.
It’s best to take a test after you’ve missed your period. If you’re not sure when that was or your cycle is irregular, you can come in anytime — we’ll help you determine the best next step.
